1590B Drill Template

Each hole has a size of: 1.8mm/70.86mil

PCB width is: 1.6mm/63mil

Spacing between holes is: 2.54mm/100mil

Drill templates are made from FR4 panels, much like a PCB is made. They consist of 5 panels, 1 top panel and 4 side panels. To assembly the drill template you have to solder the 4 side panels to the top panel on the internal side (see PDF file)

To mark the enclosure you can use whatever pen you like with a fine tip. The perfect match for the job is STAEDTLER pigment liner 0.7
