We provide assistance only in case of doubts regarding the assembly instructions provided or the components included in the kits (e.g., if you find an incorrect or mismatched component).

If you have issues with a non-functioning assembly, please follow the troubleshooting guide first. If you're still unable to resolve the problem, contact us with detailed information about what works and what doesn’t, and, if possible, include high-resolution photos of the assembly and a video if necessary. Include details about the power supply you’re using and the tools available (e.g., tester, oscilloscope, audio probe, etc.).

Please do not call for technical support. We will still ask you to send an email, so it’s better to send it directly, or send a message through the website. :)

We will try our best to assist you, but we do not guarantee we can solve the issue... technical support takes a lot of time, and often long email exchanges and detailed instructions are required to track down the problem.

REPAIR

We can repair the non-functioning kit you assembled at a workshop rate of €30 per hour + cost of any components that need to be replaced + return shipping costs. We will provide a quote before starting the work.

This service is offered only if the kit has an acceptable standard of initial assembly. Therefore, before sending the kit, please send high-resolution photos of the solder joints, components, and wiring.
